These terms apply when you use the AO Insurance Inc. website and client portal. By signing in or submitting information, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal and call us instead.
Who we are
AO Insurance Inc. is an independent third-party service provider. We help with filings, applications, forms, and paperwork. Government, lender, insurance, and filing approvals are subject to the requirements of each agency or provider, and we cannot guarantee any approval, quote, rate, or outcome. Government and third-party fees may apply.
Your account
- Accounts are created by AO Insurance. Replace your temporary password when you first sign in.
- Keep your password and any authentication codes private. Do not share your account.
- Tell us immediately at 303-219-3900 if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us otherwise.
What you provide
- You promise that the information and documents you give us are accurate and complete, and that you have the right to give them to us.
- Only upload documents that are needed for the service you asked for, in the formats the portal accepts.
- Do not misuse the portal, try to access another person's information, or interfere with its security.
Our services
- Insurance: a quote request or intake form is not a policy. Coverage is provided by the insurance carrier, and it does not begin until the carrier confirms it in writing.
- Financing: financing is offered through third-party lenders. We assist with the application process only. Approval, rates, and terms are decided by the lender. We do not guarantee that any financing product meets any particular religious or scholarly standard, so please review the lender's own terms.
- Tax preparation: we prepare documents from the information you give us. Please review everything before it is filed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your information.
- Immigration forms: our immigration service is limited to non-legal form and document preparation. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not represent you before any agency.
- Trucking, DOT, business formation, and sales tax licenses: we prepare and submit filings based on your information. Agencies decide whether to approve them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Disclaimers and limits
The portal and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, AO Insurance Inc. is not responsible for decisions made by agencies, carriers, or lenders, or for losses that result from information or documents you gave us that were inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that is misused, that puts the security of the portal or other clients at risk, or that has been inactive for a long time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
