The quickest way: inside the app
- Sign in to the AO Insurance app or to the client portal.
- Open Account and scroll to Delete my account.
- Enter your password and press Request account deletion.

We will contact you at the email you gave to confirm it is really you, then delete the account. Please do not send documents or ID by email.
What happens next
- We confirm the request with you first, so nobody else can delete your account.
- We then delete your sign-in details, your uploaded documents, your notification and device data, and the notes in your service requests.
- Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example tax and insurance filings we completed for you, and our security log. Those are kept without your personal sign-in details and used only for legal and recordkeeping purposes.
